Bulk and Fleet Quotes for Heavy Equipment Parts
Volume pricing on OEM and aftermarket parts for excavators, dozers, wheel loaders, and more. Stocked in BC, ships Canada-wide. Pricing includes shipping -- no freight surprises.
Industries We Supply
We supply parts and filters to operations across British Columbia and Canada. Our catalogue covers the equipment these industries run every day.
Mining and Aggregates
Quarry and mine sites run fleets of excavators, articulated trucks, wheel loaders, and crushing equipment that demand consistent consumable supply. We stock hydraulic filters, air and oil filters, undercarriage components, track components, ground engaging tools, and heavy-duty engine parts for Cat, Komatsu, Hyundai, and XCMG machines. Whether you need a recurring filter program or urgent parts for a breakdown, we can quote the full list.
Forestry and Logging
Logging operations rely on feller bunchers, skidders, forwarders, delimbers, and log loaders working in demanding terrain. Downtime is costly and remote sites make sourcing difficult. We carry hydraulic hoses and fittings, transmission filters, engine filters, track parts, and drive components for major forestry equipment brands. Send us your machine list and filter schedule and we will put together a standing supply quote with volume pricing.
Oil and Gas
Oil and gas sites operate compressors, service trucks, vacuum trucks, cranes, and support equipment around the clock. Unplanned downtime in this sector is expensive. We supply OEM and aftermarket filters, seals, hydraulic components, drivetrain parts, and engine consumables from brands like Fleetguard, Donaldson, and Dana. Fleet managers can send us their full equipment manifest and we will build a consolidated quote for the whole site.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from fleet managers and procurement teams.
We aim to turn quotes around quickly. Standard requests are typically handled in short order. Urgent and critical requests are prioritized. The more detail you include in your initial request, the faster we can respond -- part numbers help a lot.
At minimum: equipment make and model, part numbers or part descriptions, and quantities. If you have a shipping destination and a preferred brand (OEM vs aftermarket), that helps us price accurately. You can paste a full spreadsheet list directly into the parts field on the form above.
Yes. We carry both OEM and quality aftermarket parts. Brands we work with include Cat, Cummins, Donaldson, Fleetguard, Dana, Hyundai, and XCMG among others. If you have a preference, let us know in your request -- if not, we will quote the best available option.
There is no formal minimum order requirement. Volume pricing kicks in as quantities increase, so larger orders will receive better per-unit pricing. We work with operations of all sizes -- from single-machine contractors to multi-site fleet managers.
We ship Canada-wide. Our inventory is stocked in BC and we have logistics to reach remote work sites, not just metro areas. Shipping costs are baked into our prices -- you will not see a freight surcharge added at the end.
Payment terms are available for established accounts. If you are interested in net-30 or other billing arrangements, mention it in your quote request or note section and we will discuss it as part of your quote.
Yes. If your operation has predictable consumable needs -- filters, seals, belts, or other maintenance parts on a regular service schedule -- we can set up a standing supply arrangement. Recurring orders typically receive improved pricing. Include details about your service intervals in the notes field and we will work out the specifics.
No problem. Give us the equipment make, model, year, and a description of the part or system (for example: "primary engine oil filter" or "swing motor hydraulic seal kit"). We do parts lookups and can identify the correct part from that information. Part numbers speed things up but are not required.
